Terms of Service

Lionel.AI (“the service”) is an AI-assisted speaking coach. You may use it to record practice sessions, receive transcriptions and written feedback, and track your progress over time. The service is provided on an “as is” basis while in early release.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least sixteen years of age to create an account.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes another person’s rights, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

You retain ownership of the recordings and text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to transcribe your audio and generate feedback.

Where free trials or paid plans are offered, the applicable price, billing period, and cancellation terms will be displayed at the point of purchase. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Lionel is a coaching tool, not a substitute for professional advice. Feedback is generated by an AI system and may occasionally be inaccurate. We provide the service without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionel.AI and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service before they take effect.
