Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

This is placeholder MVP content, provided for early users and reviewers. It is not legal advice and will be replaced with a lawyer-reviewed policy before general release.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you record a practice session, we store the audio, its transcript, and the analysis Lionel produces from it. We also collect basic usage information (pages visited, actions taken) to help us maintain and improve the service.

2. How we use it

We use the information above to operate the service — to transcribe and analyse your recordings, to show you your history, and to help you track progress across sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recordings to train third-party models.

3. Processors we rely on

Lionel.AI is built on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, authentication, and AI inference. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. A full subprocessor list will be published as the product matures.

4. Retention and deletion

Recordings, transcripts, and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual sessions from your history at any time, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
